Policies

Payment Schedule:

100% payment due at time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy:

Reservation is 50% refundable if cancelled at least 31 days in advance of your check-in date/time, minus a 3% administrative fee for credit and debit card transactions. Reservation is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in date/time, minus a 3% administrative fee for credit and debit card transactions.  

Gluten Policy:

Honey's Farmhouse, The Studio, and The Loft are GLUTEN-FREE facilities. No products containing gluten can be brought into the house.   

Check-in and Check-out times:

Check-in is after 3:00 pm EST, and check-out time is 10:00 am EST, unless otherwise noted in contract or subsequent written correspondence.  

Check-in:

A secure code to a lock box will be sent to you the week of your arrival. The key will be located within the lock box. You can go directly to Honey's Farmhouse at 5819 Brooks Woods Road, Lothian, MD 20711 after 3:00 pm.   

This property includes:

Use of the two-acre, fenced yard and gardens. You are welcome to enjoy the fruits and vegetables on the property in season. Please stay within the fenced area, and do not trespass on adjacent properties. 

Smoking Policy:

This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not permitted on the property.
